Thursday, 18 September 2008: SWISS FOLKLORE NIGHT
You will depart from the Interlaken Congress Center at 4:00 pm after the closing plenary session and will be transferred by coach to the Ballenberg Open Air Museum. There you will first get a guided tour through 100 original century-old buildings from all over Switzerland, «historical» gardens and fields, demonstrations of typical crafts, and 250 native farmyard animals.
You will then enjoy typical Swiss plates and wines at the Ballenberg Restaurant, accompanied by Swiss Folklore performances in a joyful and relaxing atmosphere. At the end of the evening coaches will bring you back to Interlaken, where arrival is scheduled around 11 pm.
